RingRevenue Hackathon: Round Two!

Modern Web

The Hackathon is back. Programmers, get ready. This year’s theme is modern web, so be prepared for some intensive collaboration around the newest technologies and of course some serious coding. The hacking begins Friday February 1, 2013 at 6:00 pm, at the RingRevenue headquarters in Santa Barbara.
Round 2 with RightSignature
RingRevenue, along with our neighbors, RightSignature, will be hosting our second Hackathon, where programmers from all over Santa Barbara will come together to convert pizza, beer and probably copious amounts of caffeine into what we expect to be some pretty impressive code. Ultimately the Hackathon is about breaking down barriers, learning, overcoming challenges, and taking risks. As our CTO, Colin Kelley, explains, “It’s about trying new technologies, seeing what works and having fun doing it.”
Last fall we had a solid 25 attendees, and this time we expect an even greater turnout. Programmers of all types, whether industry veterans or students, will come together to show off their skills in an atmosphere far from the quiet, ultra-focused setting they usually work in.
